With over two decades of experience in the Indian capital markets, Mr. Sanjeev Sabharwal has built extensive expertise across the securities and financial services industry. During his professional career, he has held senior positions including Compliance Officer and Vice President with leading brokerage houses, Depository Participants, Merchant Bankers and Registrar & Share Transfer Agents (RTAs).
Driven by a vision to promote greater transparency, operational efficiency and reliability in investor services, Mr. Sabharwal founded Harmilap Share Transfer Agents (Harmilap RTA). His vision is to strengthen the RTA ecosystem through robust compliance frameworks, efficient processes and investor-centric solutions.
Leadership & Expertise
Mr. Sabharwal holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Ed. in Economics, along with multiple NISM certifications. He has also undertaken professional training and development programmes from leading market institutions including NSE, BSE, NSDL and CDSL. His extensive industry experience and professional knowledge have contributed to his recognition within the capital-market ecosystem.
